Manufacturing Strollers

A production plan is developed in accordance with contract requirements, covering material procurement timelines, production cycles, packaging specifications, and delivery schedules. Production is then strictly executed according to this plan to ensure both product quality and timely delivery.

(1) Production Planning

Based on contract requirements, a production plan is developed, including material procurement time, production cycle, packaging requirements, and delivery time. Production is then strictly carried out according to the production plan to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

(2) Formal Production

2.1 Component Production: According to contract requirements, the materials for components such as the frame, bassinet, seat, wheels, brakes, fabric, and safety belts are determined, and the components are produced or procured accordingly.
2.2 Vehicle Assembly: Through intelligent production workshops and human collaboration, components are assembled in batches, and finished vehicles are produced in batches.
2.3 Quality Control:

2.3.1 Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Before production, components are inspected, for example, for dimensions, materials, and performance, to ensure they meet production requirements.
2.3.2 In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): During production, regular checks are performed, for example, checking 10 out of every 100 units produced, to avoid batches of defective products.
2.3.3 Final Quality Control (FQC): After production is completed, a full inspection or sampling inspection is conducted, for example, sampling 10% according to AQL standards, to ensure the product meets customer requirements.

(3) Packaging and Labeling

3.1 Packaging Requirements: Packaging is selected based on product characteristics to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.
3.2 Labeling Requirements:

3.2.1 Commercial Labels: Include product name, specifications, quantity, production date, expiration date, and factory information.
3.2.2 Shipping Labels: Include destination address, recipient information, and waybill number.
