Export Customs Declaration

Prepare the necessary documents for export customs clearance, including the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration form, and any other required paperwork. These documents are then submitted to the customs authorities. Once verified and approved, the goods will be released for export.

(1) Document Preparation

Required documents include:
1.1 Commercial Invoice: Issued by the factory, containing product name, quantity, price, total amount, payment method, etc.
1.2 Packing List: Containing product quantity, packaging method, gross weight, net weight, volume, etc.
1.3 Customs Declaration: Filled out through the electronic customs system, containing commodity information, quantity, value, country of origin, destination, etc.
1.4 Sales Contract: The sales contract signed with the customer.
1.5 Other documents: Such as Certificate of Origin (CO), Quality Inspection Certificate (CIQ), and export license.

(2) Customs Clearance Process

2.1 Submission of Customs Clearance Documents: Submit the customs declaration and required documents through the electronic customs system or a customs broker.
2.2 Customs Review: The customs will review the customs clearance documents. If there are any problems, they will request modifications to the documents.
2.3 Tax Payment: After approval, pay customs duties and value-added tax.
2.4 Release: After tax payment, the customs will release the goods, and the goods can be loaded onto the ship/aircraft for export.

(3) Precautions

If the factory has no customs clearance experience, it can entrust a professional customs broker to handle the process, saving time and effort.
