Destination Port Clearance

After the goods are dispatched, we will promptly provide you with the tracking number and the estimated time of arrival. We will also send the necessary customs clearance documents — such as the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and insurance policy — to assist you in completing the clearance process at the destination port.

Important Notes for Customs Clearance:
1. 3-7 days before the goods arrive at the port, the seller will send the necessary customs clearance documents to the buyer or the buyer’s agent.
2. Customs clearance documents usually include:
3. Commercial Invoice: The amount, description, and HS code must be accurate.
4. Packing List: Detailed information on quantity, weight, volume, and packaging method.
5. Bill of Lading: The consignee information must match the invoice.
6. Certificate of Origin (CO), product certifications, etc., may be required depending on the destination country’s regulations.
7. Ensure consistency between all documents; otherwise, customs clearance may be delayed or the goods may be seized.
8. Customs policies vary significantly between countries; buyers are advised to understand their country’s customs clearance policies in advance.
9. After the goods arrive at the port, customs usually provides a free storage period (ranging from 3 to 7 days), after which high fees will be incurred.
