International Transportation

The transportation method is determined based on factors such as cargo volume, value, and delivery time. A freight forwarding company is then selected, and booking is arranged accordingly. Once the goods are shipped, their transportation status is tracked through the freight forwarding company or a logistics platform.

1. Transportation Method Selection

1.1 Sea Freight (Mainstream): Suitable for large volumes and low-value products; low cost but long transit time.
1.2 Air Freight: Suitable for small volumes and high-value products; fast but high cost.
1.3 Land Freight: Suitable for countries bordering China; low cost but limited by geographical constraints.
1.4 Multimodal Transport: Such as “sea freight + land freight,” balancing cost and speed.

2. Booking and Tracking

2.1 Booking: Choose a freight forwarding company, such as DHL, FedEx, or Sinotrans, and book according to the chosen transportation method.
2.2 Transportation Tracking: Track the shipment status through the freight forwarding company or logistics platform and inform the customer promptly.

3. Insurance

3.1 Insurance Coverage: According to contract requirements, purchase cargo transportation insurance to cover risks during transportation, such as damage and loss.
3.2 Insurance Policy: Obtain the insurance policy after purchasing insurance.
