Packaging is the final step in the manufacturing process of a stroller. Proper product packaging not only protects the product but also enhances the brand image. It generally includes the following aspects:
1. Cleaning
Wipe the surface of the stroller with a dust-free cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
2. Packaging
2.1 Inner packaging: Wrap the stroller frame, wheels, and other key parts with bubble wrap or pearl cotton to prevent collisions.
2.2 Outer packaging: Use a corrugated cardboard box for packaging. The box should be printed with the brand logo, barcode, and product information, such as model, specifications, and safety standards.
3. Warehousing
Store the packaged strollers in the warehouse and record inventory information through the warehouse management system, awaiting shipment.
