Quality testing covers three stages: raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, ensuring that products meet mainstream safety standards.
1. Raw Material Testing
Testing of metal pipes, such as tensile strength and yield strength.
Testing of plastic granules, such as melt flow rate and density.
Testing of fabrics, such as formaldehyde content and color fastness.
2. Semi-finished Product Testing
Testing of injection molded parts, such as dimensional accuracy and surface roughness.
Testing of welded parts, such as weld quality and strength.
3. Finished Product Testing
3.1 Appearance Inspection: Checking the appearance of the stroller for scratches, deformation, and color differences.
3.2 Function Testing: Checking the folding function, safety belt function, braking function, and wheel performance.
3.3 Safety Testing:
3.3.1 Dynamic Durability Test: The stroller is fixed on a dynamic testing machine, such as a testing machine conforming to the EN 1888 standard, simulating road conditions at a speed of 5 km/h ± 0.1 km/h for 64 hours, checking for cracks in the frame and wear on the wheels.
3.3.2 Stability Test: The stroller is tilted at 10° to check for tipping.
3.3.3 Chemical Safety Test: Testing the fabric for formaldehyde content (below 75 mg/kg) and phthalate content (below 0.1%) to ensure compliance with target market standards.
