The contract will clearly specify the product name, specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery date, quality requirements, packaging, shipping method, and other relevant terms. After the contract is signed, please remit a deposit of 30%–50% to allow us to commence production.
1. Contract Forms
1.1 PI (Proforma Invoice): After you confirm the order, we will issue a PI (including the above terms). Your signature/stamp on the returned PI constitutes a valid contract.
1.2 Sales Contract: For large orders, a formal sales contract is required.
2. Before signing the contract, the following information will generally be discussed:
2.1 Product Specification
Product model, specifications, material, color, size, and packaging method.
Quality standards or reference samples.
Customization requirements, such as logo printing, special processes, accessories, etc.
2.2 Price Terms
Trade terms, such as FOB, CIF, or EXW.
Unit Price.
Total Amount.
Price validity period.
2.3 Payment Terms
Advance payment percentage, usually 30% deposit.
Timing of final payment, such as payment before shipment.
Payment methods, such as T/T, L/C, PayPal, West Union, etc.
Bank account information.
2.4 Lead Time / Delivery Time
2.5 Packaging & Marking
Inner and outer packaging specifications, such as quantity per carton, gross/net weight, and volume.
Marking content, such as Side Mark, Shipping Mark.
Outer carton label requirements, such as “Made in China,” barcode, warning labels, etc.
